| With the development of multiple varieties in the steel industry reaching bottlenecks or already on a downward trend, many steel mills have shifted their focus to cold products in recent years, continuously adding production lines across the country. By 2025, the newly added production capacity of galvanized coils will exceed 6 million tons, and it will continue to maintain a growth trend from 2026 to 2027. But with it came an oversupply of galvanized steel coils, and the demand failed to grow synchronously, resulting in an imbalance between supply and demand.
