| Overview: In February, the price of color coated coils first suppressed and then rose, with a monthly average price drop of 9 yuan/ton, and the decline narrowed compared to the previous month. In terms of fundamentals, February falls during the Spring Festival holiday, resulting in a relatively low capacity utilization rate for steel mills. The lowest capacity utilization rate was 23%, reaching the lowest level in the Spring Festival period in nearly three years. The monthly average capacity utilization rate has significantly decreased. From the overall inventory level, the inventory continued to accumulate in February, and the current inventory is at a relatively high level during the Spring Festival period in the past four years.
